As a public school of choice, Sage provides special education services, including initial evaluations, to students based on a team process. Incoming students with IEPs will be assigned a case manager - the IEP may need to be amended when the student starts at Sage due to the 4-day school week and other considerations.
Enrolled students whose parents or teachers have a concern about potential need for special education services may be referred to the evaluation team for consideration of an evaluation. Special education students’ services and placement are determined on an individual basis by the IEP team.
Sage has 4 case managers, a full-time speech language pathologist, a contracted occupational therapist, and a contracted school psychologist. Please contact our director below with any questions:
